• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
   
• We accept  credit/debit cards, PayPal & Afterpay
   
• Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
   
• Scrubee Melbourne reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
   

• Orders are processed within 7 day  of receipt.
   
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All shipping and tracking  information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
   
• Scrubee Melbourne is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
   

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.
   
• For damaged or faulty items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   
• Evidence of the fault (e.g., photos) may be required.
